Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to business stakeholders by identifying and prioritizing automation and AI opportunities, translating business needs into functional requirements, and overseeing implementation across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery workshops to identify and prioritize automation and AI opportunities aligned with business objectives
• Elicit and document business, functional, and data requirements for automation and AI initiatives, developing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring solutions meet business intent while managing change and guiding stakeholders through the adoption of new technologies

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting automation, AI, or complex enterprise technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of business processes and how technology enables measurable outcomes
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution in evolving environments
• Exceptional collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders and technical teams
