Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will develop and implement business process improvements, evaluate information for system enhancements, and lead efforts to identify future business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, research, test, and implement business process improvements and system changes
• Gather and evaluate information to make recommendations for process or system enhancements
• Act as a subject matter expert by providing business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in data gathering, research, analytics, and problem-solving
• Proven experience with financial and risk analysis, including preparing business cases and cost-benefit analysis
• In-depth knowledge of project planning techniques and methodologies
• Strong skills in business process analytics using tools like Excel, flowcharting, and workflow models
