Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to provide senior-level business analysis, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement for a federal mission-critical system in a remote, full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a senior business analysis lead, acting as a liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
• Lead requirements elicitation and produce high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and user stories
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery activities and collaborate with QA teams to ensure requirements are testable and meet business needs

Required qualifications

• Master's degree with eleven years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with thirteen years of relevant experience in IT or related fields
• Proven experience in business analysis and requirements management for complex IT projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and translate business needs into actionable requirements
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
• Familiarity with the software testing lifecycle and tools such as Selenium and JMeter
