Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Providing analytical support for a new business initiative, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will own reporting, KPI development, and funnel analysis while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own reporting and KPI development for the Enterprise Growth business, including core KPI reporting across various sales motions
- Deliver funnel analysis and business diagnostics to identify growth levers and gaps, supporting experimentation and performance evaluation
- Support forecasting, planning, and prioritization by providing analytical insights for target setting and growth investment decisions
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in business analytics, revenue/GTM analytics, or related analytical roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or subscription businesses
- Strong technical skills, including advanced SQL and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker; knowledge of Python or R is a plus
- Deep understanding of funnel metrics, cohort analysis, conversion diagnostics, and experimentation
- Proven ability to build reporting and analytical foundations from fragmented data environments
- Experience in a post-merger or systems-integration context is a plus
