Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Business Analyst will capture and analyze business needs, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and contribute to key projects aligned with the Digital Plan to enhance operational efficiencies and drive strategic goals.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with collaborators to capture and analyze business needs for assigned projects
- Analyze business impacts of requirements and document As-Is and To-Be processes
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure project success through issue remediation
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a Senior or Lead role
- Formal qualification in business analysis and requirements definition at the practitioner level
- Demonstrable experience with Salesforce CRM projects
- Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Proficiency in using tools such as Jira and MS Visio for detailing business requirements
