Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Joining the Vertrax Energy product team, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will lead the analysis and design of distribution and supply chain functionalities for a cloud-based ERP solution, working remotely and serving as a liaison among customers, stakeholders, and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analysis and discovery for complex business scenarios and product requirements with customers and internal stakeholders
• Own the design of new features and enhancements, including functional specifications and process flows
• Provide functional expertise across distribution workflows and guide stakeholders on solution options and tradeoffs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 5+ years of experience in business or system analysis, including ownership of complex initiatives
• 4+ years of experience in distribution domains such as Supply Chain, Sales, or Inventory Management
• Demonstrated ability to lead the requirements lifecycle from discovery through release
• Experience working directly with developers and quality teams, coordinating acceptance testing and validating functionality
