Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Leading business process transformation, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will focus on requirements analysis for the Asset Management System, emphasizing data strategy, AI/ML enablement, and analytics-driven decision support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process discovery, modeling, gap analysis, and redesign for asset lifecycle workflows
- Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and data requirements for system enhancements
- Define data models and integration points to support analytics and AI-driven insights
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years as a Business Analyst, BPM Analyst, or Product Analyst
- Strong experience with Asset Management Systems (EAM, CMMS, ERP Asset Modules)
- Hands-on expertise in BPMN and process modeling tools (Visio, Signavio, ARIS)
- Solid understanding of data flows, data quality, and metadata management
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts such as predictive maintenance and anomaly detection
