Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance the Vertrax Energy product team, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will lead analysis and solution design for distribution and supply chain functionalities in a cloud-based ERP environment, working remotely while collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analysis and discovery for complex business scenarios and product requirements with customers and stakeholders
• Own the design of new features, including functional specifications and process flows, while assessing business impact and integration risks
• Coordinate implementation details and maintain traceability of requirements to ensure alignment with business outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered
• 5+ years of experience in business or system analysis, including ownership of complex initiatives and functional specifications
• 4+ years of experience in distribution domains such as Supply Chain, Sales, or Inventory Management
• Demonstrated ability to lead the requirements lifecycle from discovery through to release
• Experience working with developers and quality teams, including coordinating acceptance testing and validating functionality
