Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and validating business needs for process and system changes, ensuring successful user acceptance testing, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, facilitating project plans and requirements management activities
• Oversee user acceptance testing, including documentation and issue resolution, while providing training to end users
• Monitor project status, identify risks, and manage new work requests from concept through implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant experience
• 5 years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or testing
• Proven understanding of business analysis core competencies
• Experience with Facets Benefit Configuration and Government Programs (Medicare, Medicaid, DSNP) is preferred
• High-level knowledge of business products and services
