Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Leading requirements management and business process transformation, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will work remotely to support a case management system for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, ensuring compliance and effective stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Guide junior analysts and influence solution design while ensuring end-to-end traceability from requirements through implementation
- Lead complex requirements elicitation across multiple stakeholders and define enterprise-level functional and non-functional requirements
- Analyze and redesign end-to-end case management workflows, identifying optimization opportunities and driving process reengineering initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, IT, or a related field
- 8-12+ years of Business Analysis experience, with 3+ years supporting federal healthcare programs, preferably CMS
- Proven experience leading large-scale case management or healthcare IT implementations
- Strong experience in Agile delivery environments and advanced requirements elicitation
- Expertise with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
