Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will work remotely to gather and analyze requirements for an AI Patient Health Data Summarization capability, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate integration into clinician workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, technical, and clinical requirements for AI-driven patient health data summarization
- Analyze C-CDA clinical documents and map clinical information to healthcare interoperability standards
- Facilitate requirements workshops and serve as a liaison between clinical, business, government, and technical teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare IT
- Strong experience with clinical data analysis and healthcare interoperability standards, including C-CDA and HL7
- Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting complex business, functional, and clinical requirements
- Experience with healthcare data quality and clinical document structures
- Ability to collaborate effectively within Agile environments and across multidisciplinary teams
