Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will work remotely to define, analyze, validate, and document business requirements while leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines for medium to extra-large projects with moderate to high complexity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients to determine project needs
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings, ensuring clear communication on project goals and progress
- Produce detailed documentation, including business requirements and user manuals, while recommending process improvements based on best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent job-related experience
- 7+ years in a functional or technical role related to software delivery or support
- Experience working in SDLC, testing, and validating solutions as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in Microsoft CRM, Visio, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint preferred
- Functional and/or Technical Certifications as deemed appropriate for specialization
