Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support a leading global payments platform, the full-time Senior Agentic Business Analyst will conduct process discovery, evaluate automation opportunities, and lead testing and implementation efforts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct process discovery by mapping end-to-end "as-is" processes across operational areas
• Evaluate and classify processes for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
• Lead testing and implementation by collaborating with developers and defining test scenarios

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Automation Delivery as a Business Analyst or similar role focused on RPA and AI/ML integrations
• Advanced proficiency in process mapping methodologies and tools such as BPMN 2.0, Lucidchart, or Visio
• Strong analytical skills to quantify process metrics and develop ROI models
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and translate feedback into technical requirements
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and experience with managing automation backlogs
