Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Aligning technology solutions with business strategies, the remote Senior Business Analyst will enhance business reporting capabilities, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive process improvements within the Payments industry.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver ongoing business reporting and identify data-driven insights to inform business strategy
- Participate in the development and maintenance of reports and models, assisting in the creation of various reporting packages
- Drive standard definitions around key data elements and implement technology solutions to enhance reporting processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- 5+ years of work experience, preferably in the Payments industry or a related field
- Proficiency in ThoughtSpot, PowerBI, SQL, Snowflake, Advanced Excel, and Salesforce Reporting
- Strong organizational and project management skills for managing reporting migration and ad hoc requests
- Experience working through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
