Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

As a critical client-facing role, the remote Senior Business Analyst will implement cloud-based big data analytic solutions for healthcare payer and provider clients, guiding them through data integration, onboarding, and analytics strategy while driving internal optimizations and supporting day-to-day analytics needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for client onboarding and analytics strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements
• Guide clients through secure data ingestion and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful data transformation in cloud platforms
• Design dimensional models and OLAP cubes for healthcare analytics and support dashboard/report development using analytics tools

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 5 years of client-facing consulting, Business Analyst, or Client Service experience, preferably in SaaS
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry terminology and experience with payer healthcare data sets
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in cloud data platforms like AWS, Snowflake, or Trino
• Familiarity with data integration protocols such as SFTP and REST APIs
