Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing enterprise software team, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will analyze business practices and processes, develop scalable solutions, and create documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key department stakeholders to understand processes and provide strategic insights across all business systems
- Gather and clarify business requirements, working closely with development teams to ensure effective execution
- Maintain Business Requirements Documents and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement and daily stand-ups
Required qualifications:
- BS degree preferred or 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
- Experience with business applications such as Salesforce, JIRA/Confluence, and NetSuite
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience as a Scrum Master being a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
