Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Leading complex projects in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will develop strategies for project execution, evaluate IT developments, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders while focusing on Oracle ERP HR modules.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects with notable risk and complexity, developing overarching strategies for execution and resource allocation
- Evaluate new IT developments and business requirements to recommend long-term system alternatives and enhancements
- Facilitate workshops with HR stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize complex business requirements for HR systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or a related technical role
- Proven experience with Oracle ERP HR modules, including hands-on configuration and implementation
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using multi-source data analysis
- Experience with project management methodologies and SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
