Job Summary
Supporting the Mainframe Transformation Program, the remote Senior Business Analyst will drive modernization through requirements gathering, system analysis, and process improvement across software and data migration projects.
Key responsibilities
- Reverse engineer legacy mainframe systems and document detailed business requirements
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate cross-functional stakeholder workshops
- Oversee user acceptance testing, ensuring deliverables meet organizational standards
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of business analysis experience within software development projects
- Extensive experience preparing project documentation and technical writing
- Hands-on requirements elicitation, data modeling, and prototyping experience
- Experience with RBDMS (Risk Based Data Management System) in the Oil & Gas sector
- Mastery of MS Office suite and diagramming tools
