Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the global Quality & Compliance function of a major pharmaceutical client, the full-time contract Senior Business Analyst will manage requirements analysis, laboratory systems, and quality assurance processes, focusing on the configuration and verification of the LabVantage LIMS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Research and assemble Data Packets by reviewing Jira user stories and identifying relevant documentation for system design and configuration
• Analyze requirements and source documentation to ensure Data Packets are complete and accurate, supporting the development of Design Specifications
• Verify LabVantage LIMS configurations against approved Design Specifications, documenting results and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies

Required qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, quality, validation, or regulated systems environments
• Bachelor's degree required; preference for Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
• Experience with LIMS platforms, with a strong preference for LabVantage experience
• Familiarity with Veeva, Tableau, ELN, LES/MES, eQMS, or other regulated laboratory and quality management systems
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business or system requirements in a regulated environment
