Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support a comprehensive modernization initiative, the long-term contract Senior Business Analyst will engage in process analysis, requirements gathering, and testing for a new Azure-hosted pension administration system, while working remotely with occasional in-person meetings in Oklahoma City.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business units to analyze workflows and document current and future state processes
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Develop and execute test plans for functional and user acceptance testing, coordinating with stakeholders throughout the process

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a modernization or IT transformation context
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for requirements management and user story development
• Experience with process mapping and documentation techniques such as swimlane diagrams
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and experience in developing test plans and scripts
• Ability to facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders effectively
