Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Partnering with business stakeholders, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will manage end-to-end project delivery for data and analytics initiatives in a remote environment, ensuring alignment between Business, Product, and Data Engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements for data engineering initiatives
- Lead project delivery by managing plans, timelines, and cross-functional coordination while facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Serve as the primary liaison among Business, Product, Engineering, QA, and Architecture teams to ensure effective communication and alignment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role supporting technology or data initiatives
- Strong experience managing multiple projects within Agile/Scrum environments
- Hands-on experience using JIRA for Agile delivery and project management
- Working knowledge of Data Engineering concepts including ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and cloud data platforms
