Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Consumer and Merchant Analytics team, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will manage sales reporting, forecasting, and efficiency improvements, while collaborating with various departments to enhance data quality and insights, with options for remote work or in-office presence in Arlington, VA or Richmond, VA.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and automate recurring sales reports and analyses, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Build and refine sales forecasting models in partnership with sales leadership to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with product teams on new feature rollouts, defining success metrics and delivering clear insights to leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics)
• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related role, preferably in Sales Analytics
• Strong SQL skills for manipulating and interpreting large datasets
• Experience in building BI dashboards using tools like Tableau or Looker
• Familiarity with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experiment design
