Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with Strategic Account leadership, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will manage the development of ROI-justified requirements for data and reporting initiatives, ensuring alignment with client needs in the property restoration ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own the business case for data initiatives by defining problems, stakeholders, expected ROI, and success criteria
• Interview client leadership and internal teams to document and prioritize requirements, distinguishing essential needs from desirable ones
• Translate business needs into clear specifications, including user stories and process maps, for execution by analysts and AI-driven tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or High School Diploma/equivalent with relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record in building business cases and defining requirements
• Deep knowledge of the property restoration ecosystem, including contractor pain points and operational metrics
• Proven ability to persuasively present business cases to leadership
• Experience in requirements gathering, process development, and improvement
