Job Summary
Analyzing business processes and system data, the full-time Senior Business Analyst in Servicing Operations will identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement while developing reporting solutions and producing data insights in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze business operations and system data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions using data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake
- Create dashboards and reports using visualization tools like Tableau to support decision-making
Required qualifications:
- Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouse platforms
- Strong SQL querying and data analysis experience
- Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence/reporting tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
