Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Surplus & Specialty Lines Digital Services team, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will gather and analyze data to enhance business processes and systems related to underwriting, claims, and billing, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to identify goals, system requirements, and existing issues
- Collaborate with IT and business teams in the design, development, and deployment of applications
- Coordinate testing and provide documentation and training for new and modified systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting policy systems like Duck Creek
- Extensive experience in the design, development, and implementation of insurance software solutions
- Strong knowledge of the P&C Insurance domain, preferably in Commercial or Specialty Insurance
- Prior Binding Authority underwriting experience is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
