Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as the functional lead for Wisconsin's Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) program, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will manage a portfolio of maintenance activities and projects while acting as the primary liaison between Wisconsin DHS, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational initiatives and manage project-related work from initiation through implementation and closure
• Coordinate business analysis activities across stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to define and validate requirements
• Analyze and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency and support regulatory compliance

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Lead, Functional Lead, or similar role in complex technology initiatives
• 5+ years of experience in Medicaid, healthcare, or other highly regulated environments
• Proven experience managing work throughout the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering and testing
• Experience with analytical tools, reporting solutions, and data analysis techniques
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple competing priorities and drive initiatives to successful completion
