Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Bridging business stakeholders and technical teams, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will enhance the Student Success Center technology by translating complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions and system design
- Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in Salesforce user experience, automation, and data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact system enhancements and improve data quality and reporting capabilities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product analysis, with hands-on experience in Salesforce solutions; Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Proven ability to gather, document, and translate requirements into user stories within Agile frameworks
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Experience working in higher education, edtech, or student success environments is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in a Senior Business Analyst role preferred
