Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a senior operational and analytical partner, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will manage provider-facing coordination, data integrity, and issue resolution while translating complex data into actionable recommendations to enhance provider experience and support timely claims payment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data analysis and user acceptance testing to support business initiatives and improve existing processes
• Perform detailed analysis on multiple projects, recommending business solutions and ensuring successful implementations
• Coordinate with various business units to develop and deliver training programs and maintain organized records for assigned provider portfolios

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• 5+ years of HEDIS analysis experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access
• Project management experience preferred
