Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support the expansion of embedded banking capabilities, the remote contract Senior Business Analyst will integrate commercial card products into a digital banking ecosystem, focusing on stakeholder collaboration, process documentation, and requirements analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand existing commercial card products and operational workflows
- Document current-state and future-state business processes related to commercial card issuance and servicing
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for commercial card integrations
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within banking, payments, or financial services
- Hands-on experience with Commercial Card products and operations
- Strong understanding of the commercial card lifecycle, including card issuance and transaction processing
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering and process documentation
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office tools
