Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To drive clarity and execution across complex financial and transactional systems, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will lead discovery, define requirements, and ensure transaction accuracy while working remotely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery initiatives and translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and process flows
• Align business, product, and financial workflows while driving backlog refinement and prioritization
• Analyze and resolve issues in payment processing and reporting, improving accuracy and efficiency across financial workflows

Required qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment
• Hands-on experience with transactional systems such as authorization, settlement, and reconciliation
• Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles and financial reporting requirements
• Experience working in agile environments and with agile tooling like Scrum and Jira
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment on project outcomes
