Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support critical initiatives in Service Management, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will gather and analyze business requirements, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and enhance ServiceNow capabilities while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Serve as a liaison between business users and IT delivery teams, influencing decisions and driving consensus
- Support the entire solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-production support, ensuring alignment with business needs
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and experience in Service Management or ITSM environments
- Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Business Analysis certifications and ITIL Foundation Certification are highly valued
