Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support business process improvements, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements, facilitate user acceptance testing, and serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document user and technical requirements while collaborating on project plans and facilitating requirements sessions
• Oversee user acceptance testing, ensuring documentation and verification align with user needs, and provide guidance to end users
• Identify and troubleshoot system deficiencies, collaborating with stakeholders to develop solutions for complex business issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or testing
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, effective deliverables on time
• Proven understanding of business analysis core competencies
• High-level knowledge of business products and services
