Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support the development of a robust clinical research data environment, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will engage with stakeholders and vendors, oversee requirements management, and lead educational activities across departments in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively engage with stakeholders and vendors to deliver solutions aligned with business plans
- Oversee requirements management, including new demands and operational requests from assigned departments
- Lead educational activities around strategy, services, and IT change management for business teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing IT role
- Experience with structured Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Demonstrated history of leading discussions and documenting business and technical requirements
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical/system requirements effectively
