Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To drive product delivery across high-impact enterprise digital health platforms, the remote Senior Business Analyst will act as a proxy Product Owner and Agile champion, translating organizational goals into actionable features while managing the product backlog and facilitating Agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Steer product roadmaps and refine the backlog as a proxy Product Owner, balancing stakeholder priorities and technical scope
• Elicit detailed requirements to create comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and process workflows in collaboration with engineering teams
• Champion Lean-Agile methodologies by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring development velocity remains on track

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or technical delivery within enterprise software environments
• Proven track record as a proxy Product Owner and/or Scrum Master within an Agile framework, with desirable certifications such as CSPO or CSM
• Experience supporting healthcare or regulated digital platforms, with a solid understanding of system integrations and data flows
• Hands-on proficiency with Agile tooling, such as Azure DevOps or Jira, for managing work intake and sprints
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
