Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Cyber Security Products business globally, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will analyze Sales Operations data to provide actionable insights, enhance business performance, and assist leadership in decision-making regarding planning and risk management.
Key responsibilities
- Consume and synthesize Sales Operations dashboards and reports to provide insights on global business performance
- Analyze key metrics such as pipeline, bookings, and regional trends to identify business drivers and recommend actions
- Prepare management analyses and executive summaries for business reviews, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, or related roles
- Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and similar data reporting platforms
- Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret large datasets and identify trends
- Understanding of core Sales Operations processes, including forecasting and performance tracking
