Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted partner to the Marketing function, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will translate marketing process and system needs into actionable IT requirements, focusing on martech systems, data flows, and reporting infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, anticipating their needs and driving cross-functional alignment
• Shape complex business needs into clear requirements, ensuring minimal rework and anticipating downstream impacts
• Own the accuracy of process maps and documentation while proactively identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in IT business analysis, particularly in marketing technology environments
• Strong understanding of systems thinking and Agile delivery methodologies
• Ability to facilitate workshops and lead discovery sessions for complex initiatives
• Experience in UAT coordination and post-deployment validation processes
• Knowledge of AI tools and their application within business processes
