Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

As a trusted advisor within the business, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will manage stakeholder relationships, shape problem definitions, and ensure high-quality requirements for complex, multi-team initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to anticipate needs and drive cross-functional alignment
• Shape and reframe problem statements while structuring complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Lead UAT coordination and ensure the accuracy and completeness of domain documentation and knowledge engineering artifacts

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, Sales Operations, or data analysis
• 5+ years of experience in cross-functional project leadership and communication
• 3+ years of experience in requirement gathering and documenting user stories
• 3+ years of expertise in CRM and data platforms, such as Salesforce and Snowflake
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
