Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support national security initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will lead complex projects, evaluate IT developments, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects with notable risk and complexity, developing strategies for execution and resource allocation
- Evaluate new IT developments and recommend long-term system alternatives and architectural enhancements
- Facilitate workshops with HR stakeholders to analyze and prioritize complex business requirements for HR systems, particularly Oracle ERP HR modules
Required qualifications
- BS/BA in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or a related technical role
- Proven experience in system design, requirements gathering, and SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using multi-source data analysis
- Experience with project management methodologies
