Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing AI transformation initiative, the remote contract Senior Business Analyst will elicit and document business requirements, facilitate agile ceremonies, and ensure development teams have clear specifications for delivering technology solutions in healthcare.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate communication with project stakeholders regarding status, requirements, and delivery recommendations
- Elicit and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and functional specifications in Jira/Confluence
- Support UAT planning and execution, acting as a liaison between business and QA teams
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in a software product or professional services environment
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience in authoring user stories, BRDs, and process documentation
- Familiarity with clinical trials, healthcare IT, or regulated software environments
- CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification is preferred
