Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support the development of a publication management system, the contracted Senior Business Analyst will engage with diverse stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating complex needs into actionable specifications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering efforts and document business and functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops and sessions to drive consensus among stakeholders
- Develop detailed artifacts such as BRDs, user stories, and process maps
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in research, academic, healthcare, or life sciences environments
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and analysis
- Experience supporting Agile or iterative development methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Educational or professional background in science, biomedical research, or healthcare preferred
