Job Summary
Partnering with product owners and business users, the full-time Senior Technical Business Analyst will uncover and document application requirements for digital modernization initiatives while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business needs into user stories, workflow diagrams, and backlog documentation for software engineering teams
- Analyze API-driven integrations and review SQL queries to support requirements analysis
- Collaborate with developers and QA testers to establish acceptance criteria and guide User Acceptance Testing
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience using AI tools or a strong desire to adopt AI methodologies
- Consultative approach with problem-solving skills to align digital solutions with client goals
- Experience in regulated or high-compliance environments for documentation and traceability
- Full understanding of the software development life cycle
- Availability to work Central Time hours for collaboration with teams
