Key responsibilities
- Manage and triage incident tickets during production season
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve defects in the production environment
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria while assisting in backlog refinement
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- 3+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry with knowledge of medical terminology
- 2+ years of experience in agile methodology and tools
- 1+ years of experience writing and analyzing SQL/T-SQL code
- Proven intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite programs
