Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support an enterprise networking and cloud solutions client, the contract Senior Business Analyst will remotely manage the sales compensation platform, leveraging hands-on SAP Commissions experience to enhance financial processes and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Own and improve the sales compensation system that impacts team payments
- Build a transparent compensation process that fosters trust and motivation
- Provide executives with data-driven insights for performance visibility and timely financial closes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in Business Systems, Revenue Systems, or Compensation Systems analysis
- Hands-on experience with SAP Commissions or similar platforms
- Experience with integrations involving Salesforce, Snowflake, or similar systems
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting
