Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company in the business services industry is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Position Responsibilities:

• Formulate and define system scope, objectives, and requirements through research and requirements gathering
• Lead and/or assist business and technical teams to develop and/or modify processes to resolve moderate to complex business issues
• Support design, build, and test phases for assigned projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a directly related field required
• 10+ years experience as a senior level analyst in business analysis, business systems, or both
• 3+ years experience using Microsoft Office application Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, online collaboration tools, IM, etc
• 3+ years experience with excellent meeting facilitation and communication skills
• Knowledge of BA Professional best practices of Business Analysis/Business Systems Analysis
