Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their rapidly expanding Business Intelligence department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret requirements from Service Line Leaders to build tools and analytics that drive business results
• Support business partners in understanding and utilizing tools and analysis
• Facilitate the identification of root cause of operational issues through data analysis

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in business, statistics, computer science, data science, or related field
• 2 years of experience in analytics related role managing the development of business intelligence, data models, and reporting tools
• Strong proficiency using SQL, Microsoft Power BI, R, and R Shiny App development
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Kanban or Sprints
