Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team remotely in North America.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify, define, and prioritize special projects aligned with company goals
• Consult with business stakeholders on requirements and system capabilities to meet business objectives
• Lead cross-functional project teams, drive project activities, and provide regular project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP) a plus
• Proven experience (5+ years) successfully leading complex projects from initiation to completion
• Able to translate business requirements efficiently and effectively into system solutions, articulating business impacts
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to create detailed project plans and manage resources effectively
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
