Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to develop project roadmaps and conduct planning based on requirements
• Conducts market research and analyzes solutions to drive product development and enhance customer experiences
• Implements metrics and KPIs to track the success of AI initiatives and communicates progress to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred in data, technology, or STEM
• 5 to 7 years of experience in data and/or AI technology business analysis, product management, and/or strategy
• Experience as an Agile practitioner collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams
• Hands-on experience with value stream mapping and predictive modeling
• Experience with AI/ML solutions and modern cloud-based platforms
