• Translate process insights into structured artifacts to align stakeholders and facilitate engineering implementation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or systems design
• Experience with AI or automation-driven initiatives and familiarity with LLM platforms or AI tools
• Ability to translate ambiguous workflows into structured artifacts like BRDs and process maps
• Hands-on experience with decision logic, exception handling, and defining edge cases in workflows
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work closely with business teams and engineering
