Senior Business Analyst, AI & Automation

Job Summary

To support digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Analyst, AI & Automation will identify and prioritize automation and AI opportunities, translate business needs into functional requirements, and oversee implementation processes while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, conducting discovery workshops to identify automation and AI opportunities
• Document and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear solution specifications for automation and AI initiatives
• Oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business objectives through agile methodologies

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in automation, AI, or complex enterprise technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of business processes and how technology enables measurable outcomes
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution in dynamic environments
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences
