Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - AI/ML.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with a cross-functional task force to improve IVR/member experience and reduce friction in call flows
• Listen to member calls and review call flows to identify issues and opportunities for improvement
• Translate findings into use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria while ensuring requirements are clear and testable

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level Business Analyst experience with the ability to operate independently
• Healthcare domain experience preferred
• Strong experience with Jira and Confluence for documentation
• Highly analytical with the ability to identify gaps and propose improvements
• Proactive in meetings, comfortable challenging assumptions and contributing ideas
